Spanning the entire show, a solo cellist accompanied one of the most celebrated and unique lines to hit the F/W 13 circuit making for a great presentation. Wide cuts trained behind models as they teetered in black leather heels wearing outfits that mixed angles and curves for the Sid Niegum F/W 2013 line.
The first looks presented were strong; black on black and white on white. They were trendy looks with their own twist like turtle necks with open blazers and skirts with high slits that were styled minimally. Another popular trend spotted was a dress worn over matching skinny-fit pants with leather thigh panels. Models rocked look after look with their hair pulled into tight buns and no jewelry or excessive makeup; the show was all about the clothes.
We enjoyed picking up on the fine details of each piece.Wide leather angular pieces and pockets were added on a jacket that covered a matching dress. Open backs, leather trim and zippers in the right places were some other unique trims we liked. One of our favourite looks was a split-inverted patterned japanese style shirt with matching pants and black leather thigh panels. Another notable look worn was all black: a ragged cut leather vest worn over a fitted turtleneck and tailored pants.
